Seven times since Dec of 2009 I have submited the proper paper work to discharge my loan due to the fact that I have become disabled. I have taken to send it by mail in a way to have them sign for it and have received the card back that says that they have received it yet have been told repeatedly that either did not get it or it is not filled out corectly, yet I responded and filled it out as was directed by them.
