Crickets customer service has to be the worst off shore Customer Service department in the world. When you are lucky enough to get through to a live person (after several recorded steps) they don't know how to help unless it is in their script. Reboot the phone is their number one answer that never works. Recently they updated their service and shut everyone out from their accounts and making payments.
