Back in March 2010, my husband and I contacted the First American Law Firm regarding a loan modification on our mortgage. We were told that we had an excellent case for a modification. We then gave them $4500 to help with both our first and second mortgages. Over the next couple of months we were in contact with them regarding information that we had submitted.
