Signed contract for tanning that included automatic payments deducted from my checking account. During the strong armed sales pitch, was told I could cancel any time. Asked to cancel after one month. Was told it needed to be in writing. Downloaded form, filled it out, brought it in - NOT ACCEPTABLE. Was told I needed to fax the form in to corporate- actually was on the phone with employee who walked me through the process as I did it.
