Not only are your flight attendants rude, but your entire company is rude... You don't even have the courtesy to answer this email sent on Dec.21, 2005... We flew from Miami to Milano on Alitalia~~not our first trip to Europe~~but our first trip to Europe on Alitalia and hopefully it will be our last.
