1. they say you can pay your bill online, but cant. then your charged $3 to pay your bill thru cust service. 2. you get rolled around thru the automated service when trying to reach cust service. i complianed an entire weekend & it did no good. I am paying for 2 cell phones and broadband sefvice. 3. when you purchase the broadband service you are supposed to qualify for a $50 mail-in-rebate. i mailed mine in 3 weeks ago & it still is not showing up on line, nor does cust service have a record of it being sent in.
