I answered an e mail saying for $1.98 I could use their website to research grants. I signed up for the $1.98. Two weeks later, they took $59.95 out of my bank account which I DID NOT authorize. I called them and the man who answered the phone rather laughed at me and said they don't refund money ...we got you and hung up on me. I went to my bank and asked that it be refunded but the bank said I have to make a fraud report in order to do so. They had NOTHING on their website that was usable to get government grants, the whole thing is a scam. read full review »
