I ordered my glasses on March 4th. I waited two weeks and did not receive my glasses. I called and was told I would receive them no later than March 25th (3 weeks after I ordered). I called on the 25th and asked where my glasses were. The representative told me they were shipped on March 24th. I asked to have a supervisor call me back. When a supervisor did not call me back, my husband called back the same day and asked to speak to a supervisor who told him that my glasses had not shipped.
