This arbitrarily placed a 12 year old closed account back on my credit report despite knowing that the account had been assumed by another party and despite reporting the account as closed for the last 12 years. They were unwilling to change the information when given evidence of their mistake. They were unable to produce any documentation supporting their placement of the account on my credit report.
