I too was scammed but I was able to get through to these people. You have to wait between 30 and 45 minutes before they pick up. I guess it's to deter people from calling them. My husband and I spoke with a manager named "Trish" (I put her name in quotes because I don't believe she was a manager and she studdered before saying the name so I don't even believe it was her real name).
