ordered a product online, they took the money and said on my receipt I could collect the item instead of paying a shipping fee. As the location was not far from my home, I went there to see when they were open. When I got there, there was nothing open at all, so I am passing the details to the police. I have not been able to get through on the phones and I have even emailed and till had no response. Although it not a great mount of money, I feel cheated and annoyed thay I have to spend more money elsewhere. The money has left my account so the Bank say it will be in the hands of the police.
