I ordered an item but then needed to cancel it as it would not arrive in time for Christmas. I tried to telephone but there was no answer and the message box was full. I emailed but the email bounced back. I sent a emssage via the webiste but recieved no response. My card has not yet had a refund applied to it. read full review »
