I work overseas for the Department of Defense in Germany. I just checked my credit card bills for the last two months as a friend suggested that I start looking more closely for 'surprise' charges. For the past few months, I have been charged $12.95 for a service I did not authorize. How do I go about getting back the money I've been charged?
