Yes we live in a great place with some neighbors who may not see eye to eye.

Well it is obvious to anyone who reads the reviews that most of us think this is a great place to live. I guess the only real reason you would not want to live here is because we have one crazy obsessive person as a neighbor. Waterfront Lofts is a great community to live in. There are many long time residents and we are starting to get some new neighbors as the sales offices continues to sell the remaining units.
If anyone has any doubt to the functioning systems and managing capabilities of the association, we invite you to attend our HOA meetings and to visit the community, see the complex and meet the neighbors.

Wow on this review.
I live in this complex and this could not be further from the truth. Yes we had an issue with our Boiler and we called a plumber. The plumber was not able to repair and we called a Boiler specialist that corrected the problem and we have had hot water ever since.
No water, well that is because there is major remodeling going on to improve the units for sale for our soon to be new neighbors.
