I took my family for supper at Macdonalds in Pinelands in Cape Town on Sunday the 10/04/2011. I recieved such terrible service it was shocking, the cashier named Lucinda was unfriendly and spoke to me in the most disrespectful manner. As well as badmouthing previous customers infront of me, which was so unprofessional. I sent a complaint to Macdonalds, and they have still not responded. I would not recommed them to anybody after this bad experience. read full review »
