Tom Normandin is representing Luis Savastano (Defendent)in a case of a breached Promissory Note to Dr. Richard Bobinski (Plaintiff). Normandin negotiated a settlement agreement with Dr. Bobinski's attorney to be paid on March 31st, 2011. Not only was this agreement breached, but Normandin has never even responded to the Plaintiff attorney for clarification of their actions.
