Hi, This complaint is on behalf of my mother (Mrs. Rani Rai), who has an airtel connection, numbered 9845754101. It has come to her notice that airtel has been unnecessarily deducting and over-charging her for calls made from her number. For instance, on April 1 2011, she noted that she had a Rs.20/- balance on her phone.
