Reading through all of these complaints, it is funny to see how many are EXACTLY the same situation as mine. I bought a ticket from Copenhagen to Atlanta via Amsterdam. After buying it, they withdraw the money, but I then get an email saying that somethign went wrong with the card and as a security measure, I need to send them a copy of both sides of the credit card used and a picture of my ID. Now, I feel incredibly stupid saying this, bought I was very hasty in buying the cheapest ticket, so I sent them the photocopies of the card... read full review »
