I am SO fed up with this company! I have been a customer for over 3 years; a very dissatisfied one for the last year. I was a brand new customer almost 4 years ago and I have to tell you I had no issues (outside of spotty signals and faulty equipment) I was on the bundled Triple Play for $99.00 a month for cable, phone and internet. This contract was for two years, upon expiring I was charged full price for each service; no call from a customer service agent to see if I would like to renew in a bundle!!!
