IBSN inc took an amount of $1000 (One Thousand Dollars) from me during August, 2007 for preparing my 2005 amended tax retrun documents - according to which they mentioned ithat I wias going to get a tax refund amount of $5000 (Five Thousand Dollars). And so they charged me $1000 based on that anticipated refund amount wit the agreement that in case my claim is rejected by US Tax department, they will keep $100 and refund me the remaining amount of $900.
