I have been a long time sprint customer since 2002. Sprint has to be one of the worst providers I have ever dealt with. I am having to call them on a monthly basis regarding issues with my Phone. Their excuse all ways seem to be the same towers are down. I am unable to text, receive incoming or make out going calls. Sprint is quick to call and remind when you owe them however they can not provide the service for the money you are paying. I am fed up to no end.
