I purchased all of my insurance with Amy Brown State Farm Insurance in Villa Rica, Ga. I have neer had such a bad experience with an Insurance Agent in my life. I had contacted Ms. Brown on numerous occassions. She NEVER returned my calls. I even went to her office one day and SHE was the only person in the office. She did not even attempt to come out and great me much less ask if she could help me. I stood there for a good 15 minutes without Ms. Brown coming out of her office.
