I am a tenant at a complex called Townsquare Courtyard Homes in Glendale, Az, which is managed by VIM Residential Management . They are the poorest quality management company I have ever seen. They do not care about the tenants they only want to pocket the rent each month. The owner of the property is a very nasty personand will tell you she doesn't care about your complaints, because there are other happy tenants that live there.
