On more than 1 occasion, I have witnessed fellow customers coming into the store while Andre is sitting around doing nothing leaving all of the "hard labor" to Chris/Brian. I have come to find out that Jake and Andre are close friends, so Jake is another one who is too busy worrying about what Brian and Chris are doing (which is helping customers or testing out systems) so that he can run to Andre and tell him anything they may have done wrong during there shift.
