Was told by finance manager that they throw a few things in as part of a package. Later when I got home I found out that they charge for the so called throw ins. The car I bought was a 2000 mustang gt and did not need these so called freebies. I contacted the finance manager and he sent paper work over to sign so I could get a refund, I signed and sent them back. Well it's been 3 months and still nothing. Have made several attempts to contact the finance manager with no luck. I decided to fill out a complaint to see if this will help. read full review »
