I had direct Tv for yrs and reported I had a that did not function (get cable) Troubleshooted 3 times over phonewith associates, each over 1 hr. Manager of repairs sid pitch the box and they will send a new one. Never recieved new one. Called again and they saw notes and said there was no signal on old box, discard and the will send new one. I recieved it and reconnected it. 4 mths later I got bill for box ( Over 400.00) stating the service was to be shut off if I did not mail it back.
