£19.95 was taken out my account by Creditscorematters and the first time I had ever heard of them was when I read my bank account statement - I sent an email asking how they had accessed my account as I had no knowledge of this company, had certainly not joined and had no use for them, and had certainly not used their service, they did reply but it went into the JUNK folder (which said it all I think) and I did not see it.
