after ten years of good business banking with the natwest, i had a fall at work and damaged my spine and now i am disabled, the bank kept loaning me money to paymy loan to them after a year i closed the business as i was not able to go back to work, now the bank push for there money i have avoided going bankrupt as i pay my debt . i asked them to withold intrest to help me reduce the debt as this was not a failed business but due to me being disabled out of work, the reply was no. dont expect help from the so called HELPFULL BANK. read full review »
