My sister in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, has been having Reliance smart cellphone for quite some time. Few months back Reliance started deducting 3-5 rupees every now and then and now they deduct 30 rupees very frequently. Calling customer care was endless waiting and whenever she was able to reach customer care, she was told different things.
