Terrible...for someone who is suppose to know guitars this outfit is either incapable of selling guitars or is extremely dishonest in their dealings. I received a guitar that was suppose to be in excellent condition with no issues to find out when I received the guitar it had a crack in the soundboard and the bridge had been shaved about 1/8" to 1/4". I was told the person that owned the guitar before me was a luthier and took exceptional care...nobody that is a luthier is going to shave the bridge to improve the action. read full review »
