The cargo agency has not delivered a consignment sent vide Invoice 26052 sent by my daughter in last week of Feb from Singapore to Bangalore. No responses to mails, they do not respond to any telephonic calls and they literally are not bothered about the non-delivery. We are utterly dismayed and dont find any way this is to be solved. We had paid SGD 420 as Freight charges and one of the rep had offered to pay INR 3600 (app 100 SGD ) as compensation for loss of Baggage.
