LLoyds Bank

I spent 2 years trying to get my partner out of debt and I nearly got their. Then he got a job which needed a real bank account so they could pay him his wages. When the bank saw he had money coming in they offered him a credit card. He called me up from the branch and told me he was getting a credit card and I begged the lady he was with at Lloyds Bank not to give him credit and explained he was very bad with money, and she ignored me! My partner decided to switch to Sky. I was paying BT by direct debit. I get a letter in March saying I owe £27.91 and a threat saying it will go to debt people. I send the cheque straight away. Today I get a letter from the debt people saying I owe £34.89. I call my bank, they confirm the payment for BT went through in March. Seriously is there any need to treat customers like this. Now I have had to waste time calling BT and the Debt people and have to write letters as well. I think I should bill them for wasting my time. As for... read full review »

BORDERS

I was told by the Police there is no point chasing Borders for the money for books they had on a Sale or Return bases because I would be lucky to get 4p per book back. I have seen my Butterfly Lullaby book sold on the Internet for £85 new and sold for big money used and new all over the world. £1 per book is meant to go to Cystic Fibrosis. My book has been reduced in price on one book site, yet right underneath the book is advertised for £32 new.
