I have been a loyal tracfone customer for around 5 years. Perhaps because they were cheap and seemed easy with no contracts... Well sometimes folks I guess you get what you pay for. To put it into perspective... i have bought so many minutes from this forsaken company that I have my airtime membership until 2048! I have run into countless problems adding minutes and not having them appear on my phone, bad reception, and hours and hours and hours of on-hold time to their customer service center.
