rented a car from thrifty at there heathrow site on-line for a 2 wk. period and after me & my daughter waited at the appointed place at heathrow airport no cortisy car arrived. we found our way by public transport to the shereton hotel as this was marked as their office. when we finally found their small counter behing the door of the hotel I gave the the attendant the required documents, drivers lience, credit card & retal contract in duplicate, and after a few min. he gave me back my gredit card saying it was no good because it had... read full review »
