Hi, I bought LG split AC 3KR2 on 7th April, 2011 from Electronics Paradise North Exclusive LG shop at E-57, Vikas Marg, Luxmi Nagar and the invoice number is VM/R-109. The company sent the engineer to install, but the engineer was so arrogant. I asked to install the AC on the different wall but he fitted it on the other wall wherever he wished and he charged me Rs. 880 including the service tax Rs. 81.
