I ordered the above product which was advertised as costing £2.99p. Although I received the product before I did so the retailer had deducted two separate amounts of money from my bank - both of which were unauthorised. In an attempt to rectify this I tried to call the company but the number given was not manned. I also tried to email the company but no email address was available.
