I live in Reno, nevada and my children love going to circus circus, we have planned many family events at this hotel, because they are for the most of it a great place with great customer service. My children love the fun/game area and the courtyard buffet. The last visit we did was in feb, 2010 and was not so good, the front desk check in could not find our reservation for 15 min and was kinda rude in doing so, then it took 15 minutes for longer for the bell hope to bring our belongings to the room and to top it off the vallet broke the key... read full review »
