I purchased 2 phones from cricket on 4/11/2011. They arrived 4/12/2011. They were never activated. I called every day in an effort to get my service initiated. I was told that the whole network was having issues which should be resolved in 24-48 hrs. When nothing was able to be done in 48 hours, I was told to go to headquarters in OKC, about 40 minutes from my house. I tried to call first to see if they could help me, but their automated system, like 1-800-cricket's customer service, requires that you put in your cricket cell phone number... read full review »
