I have been a Vodafone subscriber ( CELL NO 9819747747 )in Mumbai for more than 6 years now due to their network issue i decided to port out to IDEA . I requested for Port-out from Vodafone to IDEA under the new MNP Policy but the same was rejected by Vodafone . I got a message of "contractual obligations( I HAD DE -ACTIVATED ALL VALUE ADDED SERVICE IN ADVANCE ) .
