They changed our activity time from early morning to afternoon and we only found out by visiting the activity center early in the morning...with two 'sleepy' kids in tow. They could have 'emailed' the change in time at the very least and prevented us from wasting the previous night sleeping early and the entire day feeling drowsy from lack of complete sleep ... during a vacation that was supposed to be a wind-down! And the activity center folks kept saying...it's your agent bookit.com that asked for this time! read full review »
