Hello. I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn located near Universal Studios Orlando, FL. The purposes of the stay were business given that all other hotels in the area were at capacity. After check in I headed to my room to find the room carpet completely wet and a large humidity device at the floor of the room. The A/C unit was barely working, and broken. I called the front desk to have them change me into a new room.
