When I was being asked if I wanted to sign up I specifically asked the care rep and the supervisor I spoke to if I could cancel at any time due to I did not want to be locked into anything for 60 months knowing things could change (finances, job) and they told me they could not tell me I could not cancel but they prefer I didn't.
