Ordered advertised kit giving access to government grants with intention of returning to school. Advertisement was for a free kit or guide, consumer asked to pay only the shipping charges of $2.97. Upon receipt of user name and password, I attempted to access the website with no such luck. Well I guess that's a prime example of there being no such thing as a free lunch!!
