American Home Shield are the experts in how to provide absolutely zero customer service. Their "customer representatives" -- ironic since that's the last thing they are -- are not trained in helping their customers in any way. They are extremely rude, unhelpful, and confrontational. For example, you will hit a wall if you ever try to change the company who was sent out to service you. They pick the cheapest and crappiest companies to do the work.
