I have purchased 1.5 LG Air-conditioner split from one of the showroom of Thane Maharashtra in may2010. After Installation I had lodged a complaint that outer unit while switching on to fan mode it makes a abnormal voice. Mr. Imran, In-charge of local customer service of thane suggested that I should purchased a bracket(angle) instead of keeping it free on a grill box. so I did it which cost me Rs.800/- .
