We paid for 8000 leaflets to be distributed by the Aivis and Mandy company. After two months of waiting, we had not received a receipt for payment and realised that no leaflets were delivered, so tried calling over a period of 6 weeks with no return phone call. We went to the storage facility and confronted a very guilty Aivis demanding a full refund. He promised he would call within 24 hours and email the receipt of payment immediately.
