We are a consultancy based company in Mumbai. We have many employees travelling every month to different countries through Emirates. The director of our company had lost his US passport. We completed all the formalities with FRRO and American consulate to get his new passport made and exit formalities completed as he was flying to US. He also had an Indian OCI card with him.
