I purchased and downloaded SymplisIT's 'Driver Magic' software. The software does not run at all, and SymplisIT does not respond to any help inquiries. Their web page has no contact information other than a page to submit inquires to, but all inquires that I have made are never answered. I intend to try and recoup my purchase price from my credit card company by reversing the charges. There are several similar complaints about SymplisIT out there on the web if one searches on Google. read full review »
