WBZ's traffic reports are severely lacking in content and honesty. Regarding content, they often don't update information unless someone calls to tell them about a traffic snarl in which the caller is stuck (too late to save others from the delay). They often infer either explicity or by lack of comment that "Rt 128" on the North Shore is fine when it's not. It's only upon calling and asking pointed questions that one learns there are no Mass.
