Do not buy Worx Products The Worx Lithium battery is the pits. It worked for two weeks, then quit. The Charger red light flashed while the battery was on the charger. Was told by tech that battery was defective. I bought a new battery, again worked for two weeks, then same thing happened again. Cant get in touch with customer service..I'm # 106 in line on hold. The Chat functionality does not work. They do not respond. I'm very disappointed, and will never purchase another product from Worx. About two month ago I had called Samsung for a banging noise from the dryer. This Dryer along with Washer was bought early 2009 From BestBuy, We had Paid well over $3000 for this pair. After we had verified that the dryer leveled, I had been referred to a local service repair shop, I've been told to check with the service shop first, if their service is not fulfilling Samsung can accommodate me.
